At Z Glow, each candle is carefully hand-poured and prepared with love and intention.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume sales periods.

Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $75 or more within the United States.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Z Glow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
