 Yes! Every candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.

Average burn times vary based on candle size and proper candle care:

• 6 oz Candle: 30–40 hours 
• 8 oz Candle: 40–50 hours 
• 10 oz Candle: 50–60 hours 
• 12 oz Candle: 60–80 hours 

Burn times are approximate and may vary depending on usage and environment.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

For the best candle experience:

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn. 
• Allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface during the first burn. 
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. 
• Keep candles away from drafts, children, and pets.
